Good post. I use 2.2k IU daily and it should be enough to provide me with very healthy vit D level.(doctor recommendation for someone that gets out of his house into the sun like a normal person is 800IU).

5k IU is overkill unless you sit in your basement 24/7 in which case vit D supplementation isn't going to save your pathetic life tbh.

I also take Vitamine D. Especially also, because I avoid sun for (skin Collagen maxxing and anti-aging skin maxxing), and use sunblock dail (collagen + antiskinaging maxxing). Then i relaised I might get to little vitamine D. So I supplement it.

I use the combo: D3 + K2 vitamine.
Calcium I get from food I try, or else maybe supplement calcium.

calcium can only be absorbed if enough Vitamine D.
Calcium might stick to the side of vains instead of bones, If youhave to little vitamine K2

the studies done in Japan on k2 MK4 was at least 30mg for oldcels. For young adults u prob need more.
Mk7 is good if u take it with vitamin D3+coconut oil, i'm assuming thats the one your buying on AMazon.

About 200mcg is required if you want to eliminate the sideeffects of vitamin d

I wonder though whether you have run an experiment with this to test out whether it even has any effects. Did you get any results?

Should be easy to notice through it's effect on your diffused thinning...

Also can cure covid. Not supplementing D3 at this point is a low IQ move.

Take K-2 with it so you push the calcium into your bones/teeth instead of soft tissue (heart attacks)
