Maybe they could with enough surgeries. Just do many operations. A grinder and implants should be able to change most skulls to a Chad like skull.

Ok now listen. Most guys on here are hopeless subhumans with shit bases that need like 4 surgeries and still won't be chad.
Then you have the rare guys like me, where all they need is a rhino and get to 12% bodyfat to become a chadlite / chad facially.
Surgeries only make sense if they drastically alter your smv and you're not a hopeless case.
