1.7 MM Maxilla asymmetry, fixable with thumb pulling?

My left pallet expands slightly further and deeper by 1.7 MM compared to my right side) confirmed with a ruler and Picture of my pallet) I can see this effect in my nose projection, under eye, and gonial angle slightly on the right side.

Would this be fixable with thumb pulling, filler, inscicer chewing? Ect…

Anything would be appreciated

Ik it’s a meme, but no, my sutures are open. It will work for me.

Also, Even adults will work, sutures and structured movement is reduce by 78 ish percent, it still will work, Grams of force per hour with thumb pulling is nearly equivalent to orthodontic devices. As long as you sleep on your side and can have at least 100 grams of force on the pallet (which is possible) overnight.

I don’t need a Wider Pallet, this is for forward growth. I’m already at a strong 8 tooth smile any more and my fwhr will be uncanny.
