Yesterday i felt on top of the world, today the complete opposite.

It’s like this my whole life. It’s brutal. We’re probably talking about bipolar.

I’m going to make an appointment with the psychiatrist asap tomorrow.

Anyone else can relate? If so, how do you deal with it and what did help you?

only serious answers.

People who kill themselves absolutely deserve it. I can’t stand it.

I’m suffering and going through pain and suffering my whole life. While someone experiences on ounch of depression and takes the easy way out. Rot in hell.

Why r u depressed bhai
I can see the world for what it is and i can see the details of almost everything. I have a high sense of selfe-awareness, but this usually comes with a price. Probably because of autism, i should get screened for that. I will 100% be diagnosed with it.

my depression got a lot better when i started running. i had to quit and even then it never went back to where it had been.

i was in good shape before i started too, like way better than the average person. good diet. good sleep. still, made a huge difference.

Yeah, running helps in the moment and a bit after sometimes, but the depression always will come to collect.

Depression and sleep go hand in hand. You can’t have optimal sleep while you’re depressed. Your sleep quality will be altered by it no matter the time you sleep.

cope, you have subhuman brain chemistry with subpar serotonin levels. take anti depression meds and you will feel 10 times better.

I will ask my psychiatrist about this as soon as possible. Was planning to do this anyways.

Why do some people like me have this? Bad childhood (probably), genetics?

You’re a failure from Iran spreading misinformation on a forum for years. You’re putting your misery and insecurity onto others.

Almost everything you say. It’s based of pseudoscience and you think you’re the “based” guy. I see you, don’t act like you’re some smart guy while you life in the slums of Tehran.

I'm saying in my experience that did not happen. Gotta stick with it. Imo, you get the most benefits once you start getting beyond 5 mile runs. The depression is up and down until you build up to a certain level of fitness.
