Depends who you murder and where. In rural areas cops suck. In the inner cities no one cares either. If you did it in a suburb pretty good chance you would get caught

in order to think of a plan to kill someone you need to have high iq to begin with. If ted bundy didn't rape and murder a 12 year old girl after kidnapping her from recess (I'm not even exaggerating) he would not have been convicted.
