This only applies to zone 2 running.

There are 3500 calories in 1 lb of fat.

This means that running 35 miles burns 1lb of fat.

Which means you’ll lose 1 lb of fat a week if you run 5 miles a day.

However all if this is useless if you increase your caloric intake.

This knowledge is what I use to lean max.

You could as well reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories.

Not eating is way easier than running 5 miles jfl. Just walk. Jogging makes u hungrier

Interval sprinting is better as in u also increase HGh by 700% whilst burning calorific at a larger rate

This does work however you’re just going to make it harder to see running results as there are benefits to running aside from fat loss.

i have always been told that zone 2 training burns bodyfat as its primary energy source.

That's why you do cold showers. They account for losing 7 lbs of fat a year

the zone thing is a myth, that channel in youtube where the guys use cadavers to explain shit showed how at the end all that matters is total energy expenditure.

Is that the guy that says that we dont know why women have a wider resting arm angle? (Its due to men having stronger grip strength).

probably if its your first mile. the more you keep running the less energy you will have so your body will use. fat deposits etc since glycogen is rapidly diminishing

3-5miles 300-500 calories which is ideal. you could then just maintain your diet each to there own
