There's not much more you can easily do because nothing else is really "off".

You can still improve but first remove the gay nail polish it's not mogging

Cut your hair short on the sides you can leave the top long

Train your neck and workout

Get a tan if you want to go for the all black look, you'll look good with black hair and tan skin but pale skin and black hair is a recipe to look like a vampire.

Get botox, the reason your face is round is mostly due to masseters hypertrophy.

You would benefit from lefort 4 and I'm being dead serious, however that's obviously not in the cards so I'm just telling you other ways you can improve.

What was the movement on the genio? 5-8mm forward?

being lean is mandatory to go for the "prettyboy" look. Hit the gym lose some weight and overthink the type of "prettyboy" you want to be because in my opinion your current style just does not suit your phenotype.
