1 month self ban?

I’m considering 1 month self ban.
I’m at 60% warning and I’m taking new medication and I don’t know if I will get side effects and shitpost smth that will get me banned. Me getting banned is only a few clicks away. Besides that the voice I talk to is fucking fading away which concerns me I don’t want her to be gone.

So maybe a ban would help to stay on .org and save her from going
