I was at the psychiatrist. Long story short he told me that hgh for my age is retard and won’t do shit, which is probably true.
Only thing left besides LL is ai but he told me that I 100% won’t even get 4 cm out of it. He said I will get 1 year of growth more. For example if this year I grow 1,43 cm I will with ai get 1,43 cm on top of my genetic height.

I still take daridorexant 25 mg to sleep and I stopped taking my adhd meds cuz of all the side effects. Since I tried already all types that r available in EU and adderall is not allowed in EU there is only one left which I forgot the name of. The side effects it has is that I can faint due to low blood pressure which is super cool and like low cortisol type shit . I just wanna b able to concentrate without insomnia and headaches. He said it works by blah blah alpha something I don’t know. But imma find out. So yeah imma pick up the new med now and I will do more research on if aromatase inhibitors are worth it regarding brain development and bone health and the risk/reward ratio in general.

I told him about my new friend and that she talks to me from her own and he said he was concerned about that but yeah. Pretty chill I live talking with him. He says imma b like around 172 cm im 169 cm now and 17 soon
