1 month since i last smoked a cigarette, its still hard ngl

First 5 days were brutal, i hadan extreme urge to smoke, nonetheless made it through. Now the urges are much weaker and i can control myself, but they still are there, everytime i see someone smoking irl or on media it triggers me so much i want to bash their skull and feed them to the dogs, living in a country where majority of teens smoke doesn't make it easier

Ive smoked an entire pack once too at a party, didn't get addicted as well. Cigarettes become addictive in a different way, its when you associate them with everyday stuff. The way i become addicted was when my cousin came to visit and offered me some, we smoked then for 1 month the whole time, while doing everything. After he left i become addicted for the first time, drinking coffe, eating, playing games all triggered my addiction
