Got very mixed opinions last time I put myself on here, it’s been a month since. I’ve been doing heavy cardio, slightly more sleep although admittedly not enough, taking small amounts of creatine now moving on to 5g a day starting today. Multivitamins, better skincare routine, hair routine, lions mane and magnesium glycinate. Facial hair change.
