Will have a calorie deficit of 400, 8k-10k steps, fasted cardio, upper lower gym split.


Tirzepatide - 4mg sub q once a week

Hgh fragment 176-191(intra muscular) - 250mcg after waking up(and doing fasted cardio) + 250mcg before going to sleep

Cardarine(gw-50156) - 10mg orally daily

Creatine - 3mg daily

5 amino 1mq - 50mg daily in the morning


Others:

Magnesium glycinate - 200mg 30 min before bed

MSM - 6g daily(3g am 3g pm)

semax intranasally here and there

Tudca - 200mg daily

Enclomid(just ran ac-262 thats why)

Mights:

ac-262 - not that suppressive + mood benefits(if I do enclomid will be the PCT)

Slu-pp-332 - great for mitochondrial function and increasing overall fat oxidation

Methylene blue - combos well with Slu-pp-332, but if I go with slu ill use MB

Gw-0742(super cardarine) - stronger ppar agonist, not sure if I will need it though might do more research. Gw-50516 might be enough.
