DISCLAIMER: *IM NOT A DOCTOR NOR DO I SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE AND USE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS I USED. THERES BEEN RUMOURS ABOUT THESE PRODUCTS HAVING SIDE EFFECTS AND/OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY/AT ALL. BUY/USE AT YOUR OWN RISK*
So, its now* been 1 month of using the Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum, and the Granactive Retinoid 2% by The Ordinary and id like to share the results with u guys (For reference, these are the products:
Before doing so, please keep in mind:
1. Its been only ONE month using these products, so dont expect any crazy difference
2. Even in this one month, due to busy/lazy days, i missed some applications. But i knew this was going to happen beforehand, so i created a table where i marked all my applications, both the ones i missed and the ones i didnt (will update tomorrow this thread with the table cuz im not on my laptop rn).
About the applications:
The goal was to apply the peptide serum everyday twice, 1 in the morning and 1 in the night, and the Granactive Retinoid once a day, usually in the evening. I was applying the peptide serum on my eyelashes AND my brows, making sure to cover up as much hair space as possible. About a week ago i even started applying it on my goatee just for the fuck of it and, unexpectedly, noticed a lot of improvement.
Now about the face serum: i was applying 3 small drops on each cheek and 2 small drops on my forehead, and then gently massaged the area to spread the serum. The thing is, i noticed some very mild acne showing up after the 3rd day (which, according to other people who used it, its normal), so instead of every day, i decided to apply only once every 2-3 days because i already have some acne on my face and im not trying to worsen it
Why these?
I already know what most of u will say, and i just want to let u know that first idgaf, and secondly it was my first time buying "medical" (or whatever u want to call them) products online without a doctors prescription and without needing them for some serious health issue, so i decided to start off with something lighter for the skin and my health in general. Otherwise i would have jumped straight to mk667, reta, or even test and tren, but i lack both the confidence and the knowledge to do such thing to myself.
My main goal honestly was to just try them for myself and see whether they work or not, how fast they work, are they worth the money etc, because no matter what other people say online, you cant just assume your experience will be the same as theirs. Everyone is different, with a different skin, different reactions to any and every chemical, even the side effects might be different from one person to another.
So yeah, no more yapping. Below u will find before and after pictures of my eye area to compare. I didnt include any pictures showing my cheeks or forehead or my face in general, because a) i dont want to face reveal and b) there really isnt any noticable difference, which could be due to the low frequency of the applications, the short period of time i used the Retinoid serum, or the fact it basically does nothing. Or a mix of those 3
PICTURES
I think theres a clear difference on the eyebrows, especially on the inner parts closer to the nose. I dont think i can say the same for the eyelashes tho jfl, but again, its been only 1 month and ive missed a lot of applications. I will just be patient, more consistent and we will see how it goes. Also i tried to take the best pics i could with the best lighting i could, im not a professional so i did the best i could do
Thank you for ur time
*I should have posted this on Monday 19/1 since thats when it was a full month since starting but ive been rly sick these past 4 days and only today i felt better
