Yes there was this study where they gave on men way past puberty 50k iu of vit d per six months and they almost gained an inch of length, i'll link the study

You would counteract the dht with the dut so the gel will probably have way lower effects on penis size, balding could happen in lower amount or even canceled though

No they do not, the penis still has androgen receptors. If that were the case, blasting steroids wouldn't improve erection quality and becoming a tranny wouldn't make you have a limp dick. The question is WHY it stops working for permanent enlargement though. It could be LH or FSH mediated, since FSH drops substantially after puberty (which is why I want to experiment with HMG). It could be anything.
