no im off ostarine my 2 month cycle ended like a month ago, i plan to hop on it in like a month again, but ive maintained my gains and even went up weight still. Idk dude just eat low fat, high carb, lift heavy, just use ur abs as an indicator if ur becoming less lean or not.

Also walk like 10-15k steps a day. I started off with 5k, went up 1k everyday until im doing 15-16k now daily. Im happy im doing shit and occupied id spend a lot of time just doing fuck all on my chair if i didnt.

Idk man I went up 10 kilos and my face is still lean, if not leaner than before, and also grew some bone mass and muscle mass around my face in a good way.

U kinda just need to trust the plan ,if ur diet is right and ur macros r right, u wont become fat.

If ur acne prone id hop on accutane too cuz ur body may be in shock at first of how much more food and nutrients ur getting that it will try release some of it thru the skin.

Doesnt help that a lot of protein bars and what not have hella synthetic shit. But yeah nah bro i eat like a bull i eat like 3k calories a day minimum.

The diet isnt gonna tatse good , eating is gonna be a chore often, u just need to thug it through though, take it as ur full time job to get in shape.

Once I got injured I started acting more ND because I just was going through a lot and couldn't process things as quickly and suddenly random people would ask me shit like "is everything ok?" And "are you an introvert?" just shit they would never have asked me before
