Is there to develop maxilla because mine is normal/ not projected. If i developed maxilla i would fix my problems i would get better under eye support, better lip placement, straight nose etc. My zygos and jaw are good. Is lefort 1 only way

Le fort 1 barely improves under eye support, need le fort 2 for that, but no surgeon is gonna perform le fort 2 on a average person. You need to be severely recessed for a surgeon to say yes

Le fort 1 barely improves under eye support, need le fort 2 for that, but no surgeon is gonna perform le fort 2 on a average person. You need to be severely recessed for a surgeon to say yes
