All my muscle is gone obviously I’m at 154lbs @ 6’1 but my face looks fatter if anything. Body looks slightly leaner but i thought id have abs by now.

Nah im on abt 250 a week of test e I was at 675 at the start of summer tho lol now im just coasting long term
