The huge benefit I reap from NoFap so far is less social anxiety. I can stand next to taller men and have no fear at all. Not scared of them beating me up, I don't give a fuck at all. I can talk better, blush less often.
But the worst part is that I really crave to be with a cute girl. I don't really have that urge when I fap every day. It sucks only because I know I cannot get girls. If I could and could actually pick up girls, NoFap would be a great cheat code for a better life.
