Being vegan is the most retarded diet on the planet, i legit hate vegans that do it just for nothing except if they have a medical condition that calls for it.

I have been unintentionally eating plant based mostly 1 year ago because i was poor af and mostly used rice, beans and lentils, oats and some soy for gymceling and my progress was poor

This year i got the funds and eat beef, fish, eggs everyday with over 130g of protein coming from these animal sources and my gym recovery, skin, mental mood, enegy is insane now. I thought i had some shit genetics because i wasn't progressing in the gym but it was probably from zinc deficiency from not eating red meat and omega 3 from the fish
