Short 'double barrel shotgun' nose with long philtrum combo, if you try to narrow it, it most likely would just exacerbate the long philtrum, the only probably feasible solution to stop looking like an albino gorilla would be to grow some stubble/beard to mask it.

Also your eyes are on the narrower end (low PFL), a hairstyle with more voulme in the temples and longer, thicker eyebrows would make it look less like your head is overgrown for your face.
