Pre ascension:
The first two pics were both taken on the 11 of June 2025, i was 15 years old at the time.
Post ascension:
The last two pics were taken a few days ago (around 5 of June 2026), i am now 16

Ascension protocol:
1. Supplements: Throughout this small ascension ive taken: Ashwaghanda (stopped because it does not do shit), Zinc+Magnesium, Creatine.
2. Habits: Habits that i believe helped me ascend from a lltn to around mtn now are:
  • Going to the gym
  • Skincare routine (Cleanser+Moisturiser)
  • Bonesmashing (Zygos)
  • Nasal breathing/Mewing
What i do now: I still go to the gym 4x a week, my skincare now consists of: A La Roche Posay cleanser, CeraVe moisturizer and The Ordinary GHKCU serum. I have not bonesmashed in a while, but i think i will start again but this time with the massage gun (lmk what you think), My supplements now are 9mg of Boron and 9g of creatine. Also planning on hopping on CJC+IPA and GHK-CU, not tryna roid rn.

My questions to you guys: What do you rate me pre and post ascension? How can i improve my routine? (Supplement dosing, BS and other habits)

I don’t see an ascension tbh, just different lightnings and for ur side the „pre ascension“ is a real side picture and the „post ascension“ ist just ur head turned.

i dont see much of a difference, but if you feel more confident, more power to you brutha
