Don't bother reading if you're not serious about changing ur looks, these are proven science-backed methods to make you unrecognized within a year - a year and a half.

1. Identify flaws:
You should do a deep dive into your facial and physical flaws, dont waste time on soft things like eye brows, teeth, etc. which can all be changed later. If you're below ~22 we're going to attempt to change the BONE and increase sexual dimorphism.

(If your flaw is being short, I'm sorry I can't help you, pray you can still grow).

2. Items needed:

If you do NOT suffer from any recession, you're lucky, we can get straight ahead to supplements and hormones.
If you do have some recession (most of you do). You will need:

1. A mini Herbst appliance or a sleep apnea mandibular advancement device.
2. Reverse pull headgear, they sell this online.
3. If you do NOT have braces, you need something to put on the roof of your mouth to anchor the reverse headgear device, they also sell this online.
4. Bioavaible high dose D3 + K2.
5. A monthly supply of Testosterone (E or C), I will be using C. That will last the duration of the year, maybe longer.
6. Something to elevate IGF-1 to super physiological levels (CJC, Genertic GH, MK, other peptides, etc). Choose your lesser evil.
7. Access to a neck brace.
8. If your maxilla is narrow, NOT just recessed or not cowardly grown you will need to get MSE (18-20+) or a palatal expander if you're below 18. This can not be done at home, go save 4k for MSE and come back.

3. Action + Diet

Warning, once you start taking hormones there is no going back, u WILL fuck up ur natural production and there is no promise PCT will work for you, you will most likely stay on forever if you're taking higher doses.
1. Dose T / GH and Peptides responsibly: Since we will be using T for a longer period of time we will be on a low dose that can still give the masculinization effects as this happens from the conversion of T to DHT, which happens significantly even at low doses.

My rec: 150mg T for the whole year should be enough, 250+ if u want idc.
5-6IU GH daily for the entire year OR 20mg MK 2 months, 3 week break, and continue OR 150-200mcg of the peptides ie CJC or Ipa.

2. You need to wear the appliances while you sleep or 8-10 hours throughout the day, this is imo the hardest part of all of this.

3. You will train the neck at 2 x 8-10 reps (2-3x a week), and you will also need to train your jaw via hard gum or chewing all day everyday.

4. Megadose K2 and D3, K2 move calcium into ur bones for bone mass assisted with pharmaceutical drugs

5. You NEED to get lean and build a muscular body or all of this is pointless, T will greatly assist with this.
- You should walk no less than 12,000 steps a day and do NOT skip cardio.

6. Diet can NOT be processed shit bc you're taking roids and it will make any side effects 10x worse, eat meat, fish, eggs, fruits, and high glycemic foods.

If you're serious about looking good, that's it. Don't buy a course JFL and jester patel buyers or mfs that fell for the "superman method" LOL!!

Once you've made great progress you will need to get off T and such, unless you want to stay on forever. I will drop a PCT protocol later.

i dont think you can change your face with roids post puberty but looks good. i would rather cope with this than muh mewing muh thumbpulling

Thats why I said if you're below 22 we will attempt to work on the actual bones rather than soft tissue, post puberty you can still "change" bones but it will take far longer and will be much more limited.

add an ai
adding a dht-derivative would be more beneficial than just letting test convert, as different people have different conversion capabilities (e.g. me with ~950ng/dl baseline test but NUKED dht)

Yes AI would be beneficial if you’re still in puberty as we don’t want to fuse the growth plates prematurely

No lmao. I been taking 10k-20k for couple months now. Been fine. To be fair my vitamin d3 ain’t even that high quality so I’m probably getting less than what I’ve taking. Also depends on your climate. BUT ITS VERY IMPORTANT YOU TAKE VITAMIN K2, at least 5mg mk4 and 100mcg mk7. Because they mean the high vitamin d won’t cause a calcium build up in the arteries

No lmao. I been taking 10k-20k for couple months now. Been fine. To be fair my vitamin d3 ain’t even that high quality so I’m probably getting less than what I’ve taking. Just improved mood and energy and mental clarity. Supplements alone won’t do too much by themselves, it’s in the name, they supplement/help alongside lifestyle habits, diet and stronger drugs that you take

Make sure you looksmax while 15. I found this forum when I was 15 but was too lazy and undisciplined (and poor) to maximise my looks and now I’m stuck being ugly and short at 18. Even basic stuff like exercise, healthy high protein diet, sufficient supplements and good lifestyle habits will go a long way

alr, im hitting the gym since 14 eating clean rn cut out sugar lmao. Doing skincare that's it. Drop some tips you would have done if u were 15, would be appreciated

Posture, very importantly. Would try and have as good of a posture as I can. Straight neck, straight lower back, straight upper back, correct tongue posture, no shoe lifts, try and walk barefoot as much as you can, stretch and make sure muscles aren’t tight, chew and swallow correctly, sit upright always with correct posture. Massage masseters to relieve tension
