so this is me like 1.5 year ago i was bloated as shit ldar all day on my fucking bad
honestly i have another photo but maybe another day cuz im too insecure to post it
i didnt start to looksmax the only thing that i did was loosing fat like now im like 18%bf and all the debloat things
in the 3 pic i was a lil bit bloated but i puted it to see that i let my hair grow like it look sm better
but i continue having this horrible smile lines
anyway now im 5'9 16yo like 18%bf
this week i should start gym and some lm stuff.
i did this thread for motivation
