Mirin what aoftmaxxs/looksmaxxes have u done in the past year? I assume the height was largely due to puberty/growth spurt, or perhaps there was smth u might have changed that couldve been a catalyst for the growth?

Probably was largely due to puberty but i felt like when I started lifting it also supported my height because I started eating healthy

Good looking you are young i guess body is perfect , keep ascending heightmax and become at least 190 cm . When you are older hardmax and become cl then live your life happy
