i did palate expander, and braces with elastics. i was kinda using some drugs so got off those. drank a good chunk of raw milk and some Greeks yogurt for breakfast for a couple weeks but then it lowkey got expensive so i havent ordered the milk. i use this skin care pack thats like some cosmetology grade stuff. not KLOW or anything but it really helps with keeping my skin clear.
