7.5ish down and forward each. a little lr for symmetry. 4.5 inframalars included on that. other surgeries were 2 hair transplants, rhino, buccal fat removal, co2 laser

Your nose is still swollen alot.

yeah it went down a good bit during my hospital stay with the meds but it came back once i stopped. surgeon said with my skin it might take 2 years to be fully done. i'm not gunna sweat it though it still looks better, just gunna wait it out

I cheated and used otc hydrocortisone and 6 month mark and it really really speed things up.

any rebound effect when you stopped?

No face lift or eyework?

face lift easily next year if i can survive financially in my situation rn. no eye work ever, i feel that part is my soul. don't want to change it

No it was permanent. I was actually surprised by that. I also saw my surgeon post application. He was shocked and raved about how well I had healed. Like saying I was top 1%, and that I was near 6 months ahead of where I should be.

I did need to apply it slightly higher then the thread on it says. As a good amount of fluid was gathered above the tip. Though I think this was because I got a more Turkish style nose, vs the normal A frame.


Def take care of that first was just wondering over all, since you had such deep set lines. It looks like they really improved. Wonder if the edema or it's going to stay that way.

huh i always heard that was a temporary thing. maybe i'll throw some in then. ive got pretty good healing too; my jaw surgery cuts were already healed at 2 months when i when to get the plating changed. gallon of milk a day has its perks i guess yeah adding more volume definitely fixed the creases a good bit. like blowing up a balloon

hadn't thought about the hooding at all but i'm doing some fat graftibg next round maybe i can tell him to put a tiny bit on the one eyelid to even them out

Is that condition of your mandible you had in the before genetical ? Did you look like that even as a kid / some relatives have a similar condition ? Or did you develop it while growing up ?

It's temporary sure if you are already in a state of homostatis.

Sure doesn't seem to be the case for post surgical edema which isn't to crazy, considering the edema is an abnormal temporary state in the first place.


Yeah that's why everyone tried to do face "lifts" with HA when it first came out. But that just totally destroyed everyone's face long term. I do think the right implants might really help. But it's hard since a lot of people with implants also make things worse by adding incorrect ones.

That's not just on org, the women who get "cheek" implants which is really submalar implants generally turns out horrid.

good plug then. i'll pick some up today. nose is hella itchy from accutane anyway so it'll help with that too

i was a decent looking kid actually.

parents put me in traditional braces in 4th grade because my teeth were a little crooked. still had almost all of my baby teeth at that point. i think that's where it went down hill

Braces with baby teeth is pretty weird. What happens when they fall out ?

Also it looks like you had already some kind of underbite, as only your bottom teeth are showing when you smile. Was that the case or am I seeing things ?

didnt have an underbite, just a big chin. it does look like its my lower teeth there
