Wanted to show my 1 year natural body transformation.

Went from 61kgs at 6"1 to 75kgs at 6"1

I did a lean bulk.

Jfl for people saying body doesnt matter. Look way better in clothes.

And when girls see me without a shirt boost me a lot.

Keep gyming naturally boys; i know I have good muscle building genese but its also because I was so underweight.

good stuff bro, just one thing i’d suggest is that you should start focusing on your arms now more as they are fairly long so that’s the first thing people will notice. Apart from that crazy progress
