Thank u lord goatis and to a big extent this forum for this transformation, u can belive that raw meat had nothing to do with it but raw meat fixed my acne within a week after years of informing myself about skincare products and becoming a borderline expert on the topic, my facial leaness, mood, and fat pads improved, my eyebrows got thicker and it was substantially easier for me to loose weight but the most important thing, my skin and hair have this glow that ive never seen on me before and i rarely see on anyone.
My bf only changed around 3% though this time period
