June of last year iv hopped on
testosterone im bored so here’s my 1 year transformation

Age 19
Height 197cm
Weight 93kg



For anyone wondering about the protocol

• Month 1: 250 mg/week
• Months 2–3: gradually increased from 300 mg/week up to 400 mg/week
• Months 4–12: dropped back to 300 mg/week and stayed there for the rest of the year.

I would also use 30mg anavar daily for about 2 months

Before and after physique

dimo changes
I was looking over before and after pics of face to see if it giga aged me which it did however it increased the little dimo I had and improved my recessed mandible and chin a bit which I will take as a fair trade

Throughout my cycle I didn’t use any
reductase inhibitors basically gambling my Norwood for the increased dht I had no temple recessions either


physiological changes
Iv heard people say they take test and their whole personality change they more money motivated more socially dominant confidence all of that

However besides the first 2 weeks I haven’t experienced any of this shit niggas need to drop source for the motivational test I’m still unemployed lazy and demotivated asf

The only way I feel different on test is when I’m talking to someone and I remember I have more test then them and I am rewarded with a slight dopamine boost

Iwl test dose raise tf out if your libido but don’t get ahead of your self bud 9/10 this will lead to a porn addiction not slaying multiple Becky’s first 2 months had me in my room shooting blanks cuz my shi out of flued my Jonson also grew 0.5 cm dm for full measurement
