its not worth it , im at 6% bc of genetics (giga fast metabolism )and yes, i look amazing but if you have to reach that sub10% through pian and suffering, it wont be fun at all. also, on me it looks good bc i have lots of bone mass which you dont cuz u are prettyboy.
