10 Day water fast (Day 2)

Buddy Boyos it is day 2 of 10 day water fast and I am feeling greater than ever. Thanks to the all-meat meal I had the day before the fast, I feel like I'm already in ketosis. I have absolutely no hunger or cravings, which means that all the glycogen is depleted and now my body is actively burning fat for resources. Looking at the mirror, my stomach is flatter than ever. I can't imagine how flatter it would be after taking a shit JFL. Yesterday night was a struggle (went to sleep at 2 am cause of cravings jfl) but it was worth it boyos. Imagine taking furosemide after this fast, I would look like an absolute skull JFL
