Warning: Pushing fluid intake beyond safe limits during an extended fast is dangerous. Do not exceed 500ml per hour under any circumstances, as over-hydrating while fasting can cause severe electrolyte collapse, organ strain, and life-threatening complications.
Days 3–10 Progress & Symptom Summary
Day 3: Maintained a 500ml/hour fluid protocol. Experienced steady dopamine levels and reduced fatigue. Revised target to 42 days with a 3-week refeed.
Day 4: Energy held better than previous fasts, though dopamine dropped post-3 PM. Nose stuffiness decreased. Used gum-thrusting technique to counter cravings.
Day 5: High dopamine and minimal cravings, but experienced kidney pain. Capped water intake at 500ml per hour for the remainder of the day.
Day 6: Extreme physical weakness and joint swelling (feet, knees, shoulders) despite low movement. Nostalgia and heightened sensory awareness increased; dopamine remained stable.
Day 7: Peak physical weakness. Avoided overstimulation (social media reduction). Noted weird mouth tastes, strange odors, and cleaner nails.
Day 8: Woke up with facial mucus/bleeding; dry lips resolved, hair stayed hydrated, and nasal congestion/TMJ decreased. Experienced high sentience early on, which faded into a neutral mood post-3 PM.
Day 9: Cold sensitivity in teeth dropped ~80%, facial fullness improved, but experienced increased nasal stuffiness, late-night kidney pain, and severe breathing difficulty (2 PM–5 PM). Committed to 45 days.
Day 10: Experienced heavy burping, mucus leakage, and fluid stool (7:14 AM & 8:00 PM). Hydration in hair/beard improved. Functional IQ felt up by 6 points. Noted evening armpit odor and a daily 9 AM chemical mouth taste. New Rule: Post-noon feelings won't alter fast length. Updated Water Protocol: Strictly capped at 500ml per hour, ending at 7:00 PM (effective through Day 21).
Improvements: gained 6 functional iq points, gained sentience and feelings lost at 16, and lost 95% of my tooth sensitivity I no longer need sensodyne.
Im going for 40 more days Im on day 11 right now wish me good luck
