10 is too high start at 6 and if you feel the need to increase make sure its not habit related. like if your sleep is shit fix that and you may see results. always pair with AIs

Who told that u have 6iu at that age jfl start with 2 build up to 4 by increasing ,5 a week cruise for 2 weeks and then build up to 5 or 6 ur body doesnt do anything with excess more than 6 is useless and i assume u arent 90kg lean

So yeah HGH+ a AI can give u alot more growth and is pretty well documented i reccomend arimidex ,5-1mg ED OR EOD but research first i beg
