Oh my goodness this insulin resistance is horrible my bg is at the worst it has ever been rn at 330mg/dl and at mild-moderate ketosis, I feel like shit rn

This Berberine doesn’t help for SHIT

Lowering dose to 0.24mg/kg/W divided by 7 for daily dose which for me is around 7 ius


I just gotta survive for like 5-7 hours for insulin sensitivity to come back a bit this shit isn’t for the weak
