A pic from four weeks ago:

Since taking this pic 4 weeks ago I have lost a decent amount of muscle due to opting for a more natural lean athletic build that I believe is much more sustainable longterm than a more muscular jacked type physique. This choice has paid off well imo because the large decrease in calories consumed daily coupled with me quitting creatine has reduced facial bloat considerably and has greatly improved my facial appearance
