What if a person cruised on a Low-Dose Ritalin and Phenibut combo for 10 years without coming off. During this time they would maxx everything Fitness/Looks, Knowledge/Skills, Social/Status and Money with 100% consistency. Even though after 10 years the withdrawal would probably bring death they will be still be sitting on a pile of cash, huge social network, robust physique and more. There would be high-motivation and low inhibitions during that time from the drugs. It would be how people in the past coped with caffeine, cigarettes and alcohol their whole lives. On top of that keeping a healthy lifestyle (Clean Diet and Dopamine Fasts-Nofap) and avoiding vices (Porn/Junk-Food) would lessen the impacts of the withdrawal. "Live Fast Die Young" or Rot for years not unlocking potential. The same came be said for Roiding.
