They learned to boil water first. Then learned to boil bones (and other things) to get more food out of them. Then they put meat in the pot. And so on.
how do you know this? and why would they put bones you can just crack open and get marrow out of and their meat in boiling water that essentially observably does the same to anything as fire?

Cavemans and theory of evolution created by same people that say you cook food
Evolution makes sense, cavemen somehow mass spreading the ability to create/start fires to cook? Bullshit

The only way cooking was beneficial is to make sure your food will be saved for a longer time.

To put it simply, if you are rich and can afford eating meat in it's most virile form (raw) without being worried to somehow keep it for longer (by cooking, freezing), then you shall not worry about cooking it at all.

As long as the meat/organs/other products themselves are derived from a healthy animal, nothing ever will go wrong with such diet.

People tend to theoritize a lot towards bacteria/parasites, yet they fail to realise that most of those infections come from dogshit quality products, and ironically, from cooked food. Should i also mention that animals nowadays are not be compared to animals of the past health and life quality wise? It's obvious that proper sourcing is needed.

i dont even believe this because
1. fermented meat is also very good and most cultures living in nature now still do it to "preserve" it. they would have logically sensed the high eating it gives them and kept doing it
2. saying that implies they started naturally cooking in the first place which is impossible as i said in the thread

It's called common sense. You can't just crack bones open, you have to boil them to get the marrow out. I'm just detailing a basic logical progressive scenario for how it eventuated. Meat left on the bone could've been tasted and liked. Stringy meat became more edible. Even in the middle ages meat was more commonly boiled than roasted. You just chucked everything into the pot. You seem to struggle to grasp basic logic. Perhaps you are a woman?
