are the men forced to fight no matter what? i'd say the gorilla wins because once he kills 10 men the rest will be scared af. the main problem with being 100 is that they cant fight the animal at the same time, lack of space. there are 2 outcomes: the gorilla gets tired and loses to the final men (because 100 is an army, a gorilla is strong but also feels exhaust), or the remaining men after the gorilla inevitably starts the killing spree get scared and flee
