Im doing a nearly 1000 calories defict diet since one and a half week. how much kg can I lose in 1 month you assume?
my height 178
my weight: 81kg
Im "normal" weight (bloated). I have huge leg muscles since I used to be footballplayer, so thats why my weight is so high compared to my height. Sadly because of coronachan I gained some weight and after rhino I couldnt do sports.
I think if I drop down to 70kg Im fine.

PS. calories should be gradually lowered to allow you to counteract metabolic adaptation for as long as possible... also muscle is easier to lose than gain.. trust me

5-7kg maybe I’m doing same diet but you’re taller Than me

Don't do that shit.
Very low calories is inferior to no calories in every possible way.
Eating 1000 Calories a day will keep you hungry, your fat locked behind an insulin wall and your body catabolizing muscle and lowering your body temp/making you sluggish. You won't break thermodynamics, you'll just spend less energy than you otherwise would AND it will not be sourced from fat.
Check the sig for my fasting guide.

Don't forget that he will also loss less muscle
issue is if OP is still in puberty

That's a one way ticket to a fucked up metabolism. If you condition your body to 1000, that will become your new maintenance, making losing weight more difficult.

Meanwhile I eat 3,500 to 4,000 calories a day of mostly carbohydrates /sugar without gaining weight while ldaring all the time. Enjoy your cravings and guaranteed binge-eating attacks
