If im on a 1000kcal deficit and im 20% bf how long will it take to be 8-10% bf ? My maintenance calories are ariund 2300-2500 kcal plus on avg i burn 200kcal atleast my phone says that

Realisticaly yes but the data on your phone about burning calories isnt accurate

Hard to estimate considering that fat loss goes through plateau phases too but i'd say at least 3 months and a half. And thats if you stay on the same deficit rate which at the end of the cut it likely won't be sustainable

Just don't. go in a 500-700 instead.

U lose 2 pounds a week on that deficit and U have 25 pounds to lose so Abt 12-13 weeks
