I’m struggling to get more than 180 g of protein per day

I don’t like protein powders so I need to add another serving of chicken I think

I basically used to do that but I only eat beef now nearly a Pound of beef daily

This is good

Another easy way to get protein without disgusting powders is fairlife milk. 1 16 oz glass has 28 grams of protein (more than most powders or protein drinks) and it tastes amazing, just like normal milk

Yeah I’m at like 180 but on AAS we need to get 200+ bc the drugs can make use of more protein

i just salt a steak and throw it on the pan with a touch of butter then down a tub of high protein greek yogurt

My coach says I need 200-300g on cycle bc otherwise I’m wasting gains is this true
cap you dont need that much you'll make like 98% of your gains if ur above 150g

lol wish i could afford to eat a steak everyday.

i currently just eat 4 cans of tuna + 2L of milk to hit most of my goals, I still eat a high protein dinner of course but its usually made for me, so i have no reliable way to track that.

Around 4k which is maintenance 180-200g protein and the rest carbs and fats which I don’t track
nice

im doing a mini cut rn to get sub 15% and im doing 2.1 k, 180 g of protein and minimum of 70 g of fat.

carbs r very low since im trying to lean out but mostly just cycle them before workouts or training.

getting stronger, looking visibly leaner, very good digestion and skin so far. most of diet is just lean portions of chicken, some mackerel, fruits, and eggs. leaner cuts of red meat on occasion

I allow myself to have a bag of protein chips and a diet soda per day. don’t like protein bars or whey protein, very occasionally use if im in a crunch

depends on bodyweight

for naturals 0.75 g per lb of bw has shown to be effective, and more is counterproductive as u will be limiting carbs

on roids at the absolute max u will be building 1 extra pound of muscle per week, 1 pound of muscle only contains about 90 g of protein, 90/7 = 13

(bodyweight x 0.75) + 13 and that will be more than enough protein per day

@Jason Voorhees This has like 20g of carbs and is very low cals if you use fat free Greek yogurt so can use for weight loss

test and dutasteride is really all u will need, start at 250 mg per week and titrate by 50 mg weekly until u notice estrogenic side effects, then lower dose, pin daily, blast for as long as possible until blood work starts to become a concern, dont use an ai, hcg is estrogenic and fertility issues are very much just fear mongering, just use hcg last weeks before (if) coming off of testosterone, ghk-cu is absolute garbage and does nothing, hgh, cialis, and bpc-157 can be used but really arent necessary

HCG

- spikes e2 fast
- can worsen gyno
- increases DHT conversion and androgenic sides
- causes other mental issues

Basically uselsss unless you care about ball size and even if you do ive been on AAS for 5 years with no atrophy. You can always run HCG later when you want to be fertile etc

Enanthate

- smoother blood levels
- less e2 spikes
- stable levels
- less water retention
- easier to pin
- the gear itself is usually better quality than cyp

I lost hair on 500 test with Fin and Ru when I added Dut it was fine. Better to be safe . Now I’m on 1 gram test with Dut and not too much shedding

Terrible advice your wasting gains just start at 500 it takes 4 weeks for the enanthate to saturate

Start AI first week of cycle at 6.25 mg and titrate based on sides
