eh I wouldnt do it, it depends on the severity tbh, most of the good looks I noticed come form the eye area, and most of the eye area comes from the under eye support, having a good under eye support is almost a necessity to achieve model tier looks

Surgeons 'peak' in their 50s so this is just 'old' for a surgeon. Not old enough to be concerning.

More importantly, Sailer photoshops the fuck out of his pictures & his results tend to be pretty over the top. @PubertyMaxxer

I remember reading a paper where a surgeon used this type of implants along with distraction osteogenessis to give someone Michael Jackson-like jawline, resulted turned out impressive albeit pretty uncanny valley and the recovery must've been brutal

I think this is the before after, must've had some type of MMA too

Looks like a very old result and on a time where implants weren't even popular so I don't really think it'd be much worth to do it nowadays.
