If you guys really want to know if he got surgery, just tell me where abouts he is from in PK and give me bribery money, there's nothing money can't buy over there, i'm certain i could go ask every potential surgeon IRL within x mile radius of where he lives if he's a patient and of-course this will cost bribery money or even somehow get access to the health database if they even have one and search up Junaid and see what his health history is. Anything can be done in this country with enough money, that is if looksmaxx really wants to know if he's legit hardmaxxer or not.

It depends on the family but most boomer paki parents do care and not only that but extended family etc will care too. Word will get around very quickly in your community you've had surgery.
