Surprisingly, women love such lips. even though we men consider them 'GEH'

I am actually thinking of doing lip filler.. the surgeon suggested 1 ml: it is quite little...

Now I am thinking: is he truly seeing it like that, or trying to Geyify me?

I disagree. Fillers are simply SUPERIOR to implants in all respects, from quality of results, to safety. HA fillers also superior to fat grafts: they are safer because can be dissolved, and they have harder consistency, unlike fat, which feels like... fat...

The only drawback is the need to repeat injections every year. But the guy in the photo might be making some good money. If he is not afraid of needles, fillers for him are the BEST solution for contouring.

As in most such cases, the patient "gay appeal" comes from his incorrectly injected cheekbones (unless he wanted to look gay).

Look at his cheeks: they are lateral. It is a high-feminine trait. But this guy does not have the rest of the face to pull off "gay alien" we love here

It is exactly the lateral cheekbones that give him the geh look. In addition to NCT eyes, it is a death GAY combo...

E.g. Kortajarena's natural cheekbones are gay as fuck. But he has highly masculine traits like eyes, low hairline, and square chin, which make his face look gay alien instead of just gay
