THE LGD-4033 CYCLE LOG
From skinny Framelet to being accused of Roiding within 8 weeks
Quick Intro to this: I was 16, 186cm and about 68-69kg. I was deep into training but that was already a year ago so I decided to hop on a cycle to get my old gains back quicker, but it actually got me multiple steroid accusations; for every week I’ve trained people around me would’ve only achieved in about 4 weeks.
So lets get into it

Why LGD-4033?
Highly anabolic SARM with human studies and well-documented strength and size gains
Good oral bioavailability (no injections - the reason I went with this cycle)
Milder on lipids & liver than most orals
Goal of the cycle: at least 77kg to get to a normal BMI (always been underweight my whole life)
Cycle Outline
Compounds: LGD-4033 (Ligandrol) and Enclomiphene
Dose: 10 mg of LGD and 12.5 mg of Enclo ED
Length: 8 weeks (boosted myself up 2 weeks prior with Enclo (25 mg) EOD)
Administration: in the morning, mostly on an empty stomach (obviously not optimal)

On Cycle
About 2 days after my first pill of LGD I had an extremely bad salivary-gland inflammation; I ate not a single thing for about 5 days and then only slowly got back on track after that. It was a blessing in disguise, which was also why I dropped the bulk, the fasting melted a lot of fat off my body so that was literally God making me shredded. I’d say I probably dropped 2.5+% bodyfat from that.
My skin got really messed on cycle tho; my forehead got extremely dry and was full of acne which I’ve never had before. My traps also got a lot of acne which is why people accused me of blasting actual roids because it literally looks like roid skin sadly.
The biggest side effect I got was the ungodly amount of hair I’ve gotten all across my body. I never heard anybody mention that they got excessive body hair from SARMs but I got absolutely wrecked with that. I’d say my leg hairs probably tripled in density and my forearm has at least double the hair now. I hope that stuff is not permanent.
I got pretty substantial Erectile Dysfunction but I also gooned every single day on cycle so that could also have been the cause.
I also grew to 187 cm which is pretty nice, so +1 cm.
Results
Weight: 79kg (+11kg)
Height: 187cm (+1cm)
Bicep Circumfrence: Left: 36.5cm (+2cm) Right: 36cm (+1.5cm) (my arms are my weak point)
Ass circumfrence: Skeleton ass to Big Fat and Juicy PAWG ass

This was me today, 1 day after the 60 day cycle. Obviously im flexing here so its not a fully fair comparison but my shoulders deffinetly made the most gains even though theyre still a weakpoint. LGD also made my trap bigger on the side i wear my gym bag thats how fucking potent it is.

This was me today, 1 day after the 60 day cycle. Obviously im flexing here so its not a fully fair comparison but my shoulders deffinetly made the most gains even though theyre still a weakpoint. LGD also made my trap bigger on the side i wear my gym bag thats how fucking potent it is.

My advice to you
I didnt know that Enclomiphene can cause growth plates to close prematurely and that it is apparently extremly bad in every aspect, before the cycle (or even during it) so i dont know if this exact cycle could be recommended. But what i can recommend is LGD, I didnt really talk about the strenght gains but the strenght you experience in the first 3 weeks is INSANE. I was litterally doing 5kg+ on everything from workout to workout (doing 5 a week btw). This didnt last very long sadly.If you wanna actually do a first cycle id just opt with testosterone and maybe anavar. If youre scared of needles practice injecting peptides and then just dont be a pussy when you have to do an actual intra muscular injection for test.
To any actual roiders: I'll deffinetly drop the Enclo next time, will still use it for the PCT tho.

TL;DR
16yo, grew 1cm, gained about 10kg of LBM while losing bodyfat. Big strenght increases. Got hairy and gooned everyday. Got accused of steroids a lot. No big side effects except skin is worse. great experience
