There is little difference. Even after 3/4 weeks I don't think results will be drastic. Reason being because he is on Test. Test bloats, even if you do 250mg a week, which is considered relatively low. Only way there is minimal / no bloating on Test is if he is using true TRT levels which is around 250mg per month or like 50mg a week, and I guarantee he isn't, since no one does. If he stopped then Test, depending on the ester of Test he is using, in a few weeks he will be able to see a more drastic difference from the procedure.

You can use high dose Test, but it will come at the expense of your facial aesthetics. You can do half of what you love natty (training) the other one is up to you do determine if it's worth it (IMO it's not, face > body any day of the week, and it's not even close).
