You’re still producing it even after 8-9. It gets spiked the most first half of your sleep, not 3-4 hours into it, anyways during puberty if you don’t wanna take hgh you should maximize it naturally , all you can get you should, even if it’s a small amount :lul:

Or just eat goyslop all puberty becasue that has lots of sugar and spike igf1 more than sleep.
