It's not too bad. I can easily deal with it, especially since I have good appetite suppressants at hand.
Will probably finish the 4 day fast. I've already finished a 124 hour fast so I know what to expect.
I will be leaner than since I registered on this forum if I complete it. Probably as lean as I was when I took amphetamine.
