I'm tired of people pretending that the gym is healthy
Reasons why weightlifting is unhealthy:
Working out is for slaves, if u cant get laid without it ur a loserrr

- Stresses your mind
- Makes you bright red, kills your cells, which ages you
- Takes away your free time which is meant for enjoying life
- It's manual slave labor
- Body image issues
- Chronic tiredness
- Weakened immune system cos ur body is focused on repairing muscle
- It takes up your testosterone, lowers ur T
- Fucks up your joints and tendons
- Anxiety from competitive environments, feeling small in a room of big guys despite ur top 1% outside
- Unhealthy diets to lose weight/gain weight
