I'm tired of people pretending that the gym is healthy

Reasons why weightlifting is unhealthy:
  1. Stresses your body
  2. Stresses your mind
  3. Makes you bright red, kills your cells, which ages you
  4. Takes away your free time which is meant for enjoying life
  5. It's manual slave labor
  6. Body image issues
  7. Chronic tiredness
  8. Weakened immune system cos ur body is focused on repairing muscle
  9. It takes up your testosterone, lowers ur T
  10. Fucks up your joints and tendons
  11. Anxiety from competitive environments, feeling small in a room of big guys despite ur top 1% outside
  12. Unhealthy diets to lose weight/gain weight


Working out is for slaves, if u cant get laid without it ur a loserrr
