Everyone has thta, but we mean 12 teeth prominently displayes without you smiling to hard, you need a wide palate for that

Unfortunately smiling very wide makes my face look like a chipmunk due to buccal fat.

lots of people are so recessed, the back teeth are completely occluded by shadow and parts of the buccal corridor
